Soon zee Germans will be giving them some more corpses to look at (not the multiple tortured murder victim type, more the terminated biped with an unauthorised automatic weapon variety) as they are none too happy about their soldiers being held hostage at the moment.

Although the Aus Amt denied the story for obvious reasons.

One of the Swede hostages got out saying he was a diabetic, so DE will have the full breakdown.

On the other hand, maybe zee Germs should not have trained 30000+ Russian troops over the last years. More targets for KSK tho, seeing as the former head of KSK was kicked out when whining about the threat coming from 'the East' and certain ethnic groups apparently connected to 'the East', now they can put theory into practice and validate the theories of their former leader.

:stake: is here to help:

Will the KSK free German hostages?
Their motto is a challenge to hostage takers and terrorists: "We make housecalls. Worldwide."
The :satt: KSK (1100 soldiers) is Germany's best military special force. Experts in hostage rescue in so-called "denied areas": hostile areas that are dominated by heavily armed rulers.
This is EXACTLY the current the situation in Slavjansk (East Ukraine). In a barred red brick building the pro-Russian rebel leader Vyacheslav Ponomarev around him the illegally captured four Germans (OSCE observers) (three Bundeswehr soldiers, an interpreter)

Must the KSK now intervene?

Special units of the :satt: Bundeswehr (KSK) and :satt: Police (GSG 9) have been put on alert . Routine in such situations - but a sign that the "access/strike option" on the table.

The KSK could be in Ukraine within a few hours, launching an operation against the kidnappers from the areas controlled by the pro-Western government.

It's out of the question that Ukrainian special forces would undertake the mission. A senior government official told BILD: "Many of our soldiers would not be willing to fire on fellow countrymen. A special task could only be performed with foreign assistance."

CSU defense expert Florian Hahn (40) told BILD: "When it's the lives of the hostages are threatened you should think about this option. Not before."

The decision must be taken by a crisis team including the Ministry of Defence, Foreign Office and Chancellery.

The elite soldiers of the KSK and the anti-terrorist unit GSG 9 would be at crisis team's disposal, and could then strike without further consultation.

Most of the fuggers in that vid are bugfood now. Or with the remainder who bugged out on Sunday night leaving a huge amount of their Russian kit, cash, some remaining prisoners they forgot to exterminate, and forty of their colleagues who were suckered into the diversionary exfil route.

:stake: I love the smell of lightly barbecued :nobokov: in the morning.

Already coming under indirect fire, too, Herr Muller. Although I suspect they are a touch nervous.
