Looking at the history and ebay rep, I wouldn't risk it personally as it's not worth the ensuing drama. The ebay account is closed or private now but it was some of the worst feedback I've ever seen. I used to read it with sticky toffee popcorn and a giant cup of Fanta.

gung-hoeddie wrote:if it goes tits up and he messes you guys around well i'll be honest ban him no if's no buts just ban him, being a gobshite is a warning but being a thief and a liar then thats a banning, if you pay money for goods and you have paid postage there is no excuse none whatsoever that can stop you going to the post office within a fair time period, because he is a repeat offender then i don't think a warning or sanctions will prevent him from screwing someone over if you ban him then no one loses out.

well said eddie. there is a HUGE diffrence shipping something late and just not sending. i know for me sometimes when i sell something i have to wait a few days for the funds to go from paypal to my bank so i can pay for the shipping so shipping can take up to a week sometimes for me to get something out. but seems most of you guys are in the same area as him so shipping should be very cheap.

I'm sure he will come good guys - lets give him the benefit of the doubt.

But just in case not, I got a huge stack of solicitors letterhead here, and a brain full of big words. If he's tried to screw us all I'll glady start with some nice threats of legal action! :-) Save your emails or PM's about your agreements with him, and hope we dont need them?

Is this the same guy who's selling stuff off to pay for renewing his wedding vows?
I can't remember the exact details but, if it is the same guy, hasn't he had 'issues' with people in the past regarding non postage, or taking a long time to post..claiming poor health & family problems?

i tryed to make a new thread so we can keep track of who has paid him and who has gotten there items. can someone do this as this is our best way of keeping track of what he is trying to do. he is also posted over on nojoe so it could be on several other boards as well. i know we cant police every board but its up to us to keep track of this one.

on a side note. i know when he got me for the 25 pounds on the MOC medic i asked him about 20 times to email a picture of the reciept showing he shipped but claimed he lost it. so if you have paid you might want to ask him for a reciept show its been shipped.
