We could put the replica Ironblood mask in there, along with some sort of document or convention magazine. Something which quickly and neatly summarises the history of the range (without all the politics) with nice big pictures and possibly a BAF Colouring Project reprint?

The convention has to cover all aspects of Action Force, from Action Man to GI Joe and back.
It would be very cool, but my only worry is anything that is a giveaway or freebie needs to be financed from somewhere on top of the existing costs.

I think what would work is offering a way that is self financed, ie. the 'happy meal' approach, that they pay a nominal amount and recieve the goodies. This could be done in the form of a 'Recruiting Station' and they join a club or pick sides for the day, ie Good Guys or Bad Guys, they get a name badge/ sticker to show what side they picked and during the day there are activites based for whichever side they are and the outcome of those tasks could determine who wins etc.

Dunno, mind is on a running away.
if it needed extra funding i'd be prepared to finance it where required,

The dio-table chat has splintered off to this thread...

Please discuss it here.

Yeah, that's probably too expensive, Sundance.

would it be an idea to have a dio of just :sas: and one :zforce: and so on you could then have the actionman version on display next to it?

We could definitely do that as a separate display. But if we're doing a dio table I'd want to go all-out, as many toys as we can possibly get, with scenery and battle damage and cotton wool smoke!

Not keen on a "sandbox" myself, maybe some sort of sticker with a members initials on
It'd have to be something that wouldn't damage the toys..as for keeping members of the public off how about a taped off meter wide exclusion zone? We could all take it in turns to act as a gaurd/guide around a particular display, making sure nothing goes missing & @ the same time fielding questions from anyone mad enough to come & visit :-D

How much would a table/display @ the N.E.C Memorabilia show cost to hire?
