Its a toughie as I'm not convinced he's out to con people, he's just totally disorganized and rather than sort out issues he runs away from them or goes down the bullshit route. It does seem that the relentless badgering gets results though.

How about banning anyone with five negs from Selling? Or something like a 5 negs and you go on the "not that good to buy off" list?
That way people can make their own, informed choice, but the community isn't kicking out folks? And everyone then knows the risks of bad trading?

That's a good idea. Deny access to the trades section all together.

I think some of us bought items from skyline without thinking to check his feedback - I realise that's the individual's problem, but suggests a post about avoiding certain people for trades may not stop issues (in any case the feedback summary sort of acts as this defence already doesn't it?). In skyline's case, I felt I'd seen his user name fairly regularly, which just led me to assume a level of trust. Strange really, but there you go.
If it's possible to ban someone from using the sales thread that is certainly less punitive than a complete ban. He's not done anything else in posts to warrant a ban has he?

I had the same issue as you RB. Because he had posted a bit I negated to check his feedback. I won't make that mistake twice. If he can't sell then I figure that will fix the problem. Mind you, after my dealings with him I'm inclined to give him some leeway. I'm not the most organised person in the world either.....

Briefly off topic, but picking up on a post by Humby in the main forum, I notice we have 150ish replies here to 1220+ views. As there aren't many elites that must mean some of us spend a lot of time lurking on this topic

I don't know how to ban members from specific sub-forums. He did have a very inflammatory public row with 80stoyshop, but deleted all of his comments before I logged in. As more than 3 were edited, I suspect he did post enough angry comments to warrant a ban.

Talk about hypocrisy:
skyline wrote:again there is no date of dispatch surely you know the date or even day these was dispatched!!
am I asking to much to know the date or even day my items was sent on??
I paid for some items from Lady Jaye a day after this transaction and got my items from him 7 days ago and he is in the Netherlands! not just down the M4 in Wales!
I was surprised you gave him a +1, Chop.

He did get it here, can't really argue that. Maybe someone needs to ask him WTF is going on? Anyone else still have bits pending?
