Its in reference to the "Who do you fancy thread" where I admitted to having a thing for Mail order catalogues as a wee lad, specifically the lingerie pages. I was only 7 or 8 at the time and my prepubescent loins knew that I wanted to do something to those glossy scantily clad ladies but wasn't sure what. So I licked them. I licked them until they were nothing but mush. And I'd do it again too.
