They did say that they would be kept faithful to the originals including accessories so come he has no assault rifle and codebook? He looks good though but needs black hair as well. I wonder if they will preview a Red Torch or keep them secret.

I have seen that but that doesn't say ( at least to me ) that they would/will be faithful to the originals

Using the term classic would seem they meant reproducing the weapons and accessories Palitoy made years ago.

He does look excellent. I seem to remember a picture of the baron whiping his red shadows to fight harder, oh yes

He should have black hair, but other than that it looks pretty good. He should also have and AK-47 and code book.

Personally - I love it!

The AK situation doesn't bother me - I always that the AK was a bit of a crass weapong for a Major anyway - he strikes me as more of a PPK type of guy, and I seem to recall he was often pictured with a pistol in BAF rather than an AK.

I like it except for the head sculpt - he doesnt look mean enough but its still pretty darn good - im so happy they are doing this I dont want to nit pick. I would like to get a boxed and loose set so I can customuise one and add my own head (probably the original)...

Interesting as its what a lot of people have already used in customs...
