Cheers Andy.
Looks even better in just black, may do another for SAS.
Too true about them missile racks, worse than the dreaded crotch disease.

I see your snowcat got it's wipers snapped off too scoob it looks good without the missile rack on it. Does the whole assembly for the rack come out or did you have to cut it out? I got mine on e-bay so I don't know how it fits together.

Re: More Arctic Force!!
I found the most yellowed and knocked about Snowcat to repaint, hence the missing bits and the piece on the windscreen to hold the wiper.
The launcher pillar holds the chassis together but can be pulled out carefully. I found twisting it whilst pulling seemed to stop breakages.
Watch out for the wheels though, quite fragile to remove.
The twist and pull method works for these too.

looks good, but don't you think they should clear that snow off the windshield, they could have an accident!

Re: More Arctic Force!!
The hole the wipers leaves looks to me like a bullet hole so I haven't tried to fix it.

Re: More Arctic Force!!
Seems as its the weekend, time for more painting
This time I have another backround vehicle, eventually found a use for the Thunderclap towing pod, this one
pulls the Skystriker around the airfield, handy if it gets stuck in a snowdrift.
Armed with a handy missile launcher, it gives as good as it gets.
Lots of pics, ahh what the hey

Found an intact windscreen for the troop carrier too, gives it a new look.
