BAF and MAF, but not GI Joe. Always seemed odd that Recondo was a Yank, even with his yank name.

His uniform style reminded me of Aussie soldiers in the Sullivans as well.

he wasn't clearly defined as an Aussie in MAF, as he never appeared in MAF comics, only US Joe reprints.
i assumed he was Aussie cuz of the Aussie hat...
