I checked their website and apparently envelopes can be damaged whilst sorting so they appear to have been opened .... thats bollocks !! its too much hassel to complain through their website, I will pay the post office a visit in the morning.

Make sure you get a record of your complaint, then. Personally I'd write a letter to their head office.

I'd set a series of traps for him in the morning, the end result of which would be him hung upside down by his ankles. Then I'd proceed to find the nearest stick, and give him a damn good thrashing until he apologises!

it is possible it was just sh*tty gum on the envelopes and they came unstuck. i've known that to happen before i even get the card in the post-box.

all 3 envelopes were slit as if with a letter opener, the flap of the envelopes were still gummed down.

Definitely, 1 is dodgy, 3 is just bullshit. Nail their arses to the wall I say, Andy.

I have 2 parcels missing atm, both VAM and I can't get to the local PO. A week overdue and its pissing me right off. I'll be calling Monday if they haven't arrived, especially considering that Steve's Shads have arrived in less than a week.
