Right, this idea is too good to be allowed to die, so we need to take it in hand.

How about - we allocate days to people, so everyone knows what days they are doing or not doing, starting as of next Monday, and it then gives people a chance to have a think and snap the pics too.

I will amend this post as people take days upon themselves, so I will start on Monday:-

No unusual figures on the shelf. I shall put an armed guard on the Baroness twins............ Kylie and Dani. 6 troopers and 2 mutons should cover it. Hmmm, more idea's.....
