Thanks for the support guys, work was frantic yesterday inside and out, few nasty surprises too that I would have hoped would have been sorted by Landlord/ previous tennant like a rotten door frame and broken brackets holding a giant wooden mantlepiece outside needing to be pinned back to the wall, otherwise it will surely kill someone if it came away from the wall.
