Was the 12" :snakeeyes: based on that small :snakeeyes: ,or vice versa?

..the one with the blue top & horrible neon orange weapons, that is.

I think the smalls came 1st! having said that, check out the 12" firefly........ obviously not based on anything!

How could they go so wrong? It's actually a crime against something to make a figure that bad
