If your house is a money-pit then this move may be nothing more than a stopgap solution. You may need to rethink things for the long term.

Thanks for your concern Baron. There are solutions and I am not desperate but its wave 1 & 2 and my Star Wars collection that holds the magic so once the solutions are sorted I will concentrate on them.
