Well, I've thought in figures, but I'm very bad at customs. If anyone wants to make them, be my guest. I'd feel honored.

TIRANO (Tyrant)
Tirano, the best disciple of Maestro, always had the desire of order... HIS order. He assembled a team of men and women to help him in his dream of world conquest. The only thing that opposses him is a team led by his old friend, Jonathan Peterson. With his vast fighting prowess and ellectrically-charged gloves, Tirano has no match in physical combat. (the design is a mix between and Doctor Doom)

MAESTRO (Master or Sensei)
Maestro has teached martial arts to many students, but only two have been capable to best him: Jonathan Peterson and Tirano. Maestro follows a philosophy based on the rule of the strongest, so when Tirano created his terrorist organization, he joined him as the organization's ninja. Tirano, despite being in charge, still respects Maestro enough to take his advice when given. Maestro sees Ninja as both a nemesis and a new student, and he teaches her martial arts at the same time they are having life-or-death fights.

Doctor Científico Loco (Doctor Mad Scientist)
The Loco family has always been composed of... well, mad people, and Científico received his name by his growing interest in science, bot genetics and mechanics. When Tirano created his organization, he knew he would need a scientist, and found Dr Loco. Dr Loco is really mad, not only in the science aspect; when he's not inventing something, he tends to go around the base wearing his "thinking slippers", laughing and making disparate comments. Tirano has little patience for Dr Loco, but tolerates him due to his useful inventions. Dr Loco created Robot Asesino, and treats him like a son.

FEMME FATALE
Femme Fatale takes care of Tirano's organization undercover missions. She can use her charm to infiltrate in a millionaire's yacht or a casino. She has found Maestro del Disfraz several times.

ROBOT ASESINO (Killer Robot)
Robot Asesino was created by Doctor Científico Loco as a multi-purpose combatant. He talks like a computer would, but has a full personality and emotions. Robot Asesino is a greater threat in the air, where his only match is As del Cielo. His rivalry with her is the bitterest one; he will leave any mission he has if he sees her, just to the chance of defeating her ("As del Cielo detected. Rage functions growing. Changing priorities"). My sis said she couldn't do the big drawing for this one, so I did it. I still think the little drawing of Robot Asesino looks better.

RUCIA COMUNISTA (Communist Blonde)
For beginners, she's NOT a communist. She just uses that name because she feels it sounds cool. She isn't exactly a member of Tirano's organization, but is the weapons supplier. She can also fight on Tirano's side if she thinks she will gain something with that. She has a russian accent, but it's unknown if she's really russian or she just found it "cool", just like her own name.

AGENTE TRAIDOR (Traitor Agent), previously agent Nº 06
He was part of Peterson's team, but he never found an speciality during his time with the team. Tired of being an agent, he joined Tirano's organization, killing PC in the process. He is the most useless of Tirano's underlings, only kept around because of the secrets he could have about Peterson's team, but he tends to be frequently captured by the good guys. When imprisoned, he also tends to tell all the secrets of Tirano's latest plan in an attempt to save himself. He awaits the day in which he will lead the evil organization rather than Tirano.
