I have now named the above character Skorpion.

Skorpion or Red Skorpion?
Ironically, the transfer slightly rubbed off makes him look more menacing, like if his arm tatoo was representing a bashed skull.

Just Skorpion DA. I fixed that tattoo but thanks for the input.
