I think the term Mickey Mouse is a derogatory description, as in the League Cup is a Mickey Mouse Cup, rather than stemming from it's actual likeness.
Anything other than black/ grey, bar the red issue The Baron pointed out is an accessory pack issue.

Golden Puma, hi! Your explanation makes a lot of sense!
But actually, my understanding is that the moniker "Mickey Mouse Cobra Commander" most definitely came about because of the appearance of the cobra symbol (the top part of which looks like Mickey Mouse's head) and not as a derrogatory comment...
The MM Cobra Commander is quite sought after because of that odd rendering
