Yup. We're not entirely sure if they are convention exclusives or overstock or what. But there are bubbled variants of Red Jackal, Red Laser, Gaucho, Jammer, Quarrel, Blades and Hunter who all come with their US counterparts accessories. I have not seen them for Steeler or Stalker, curiously.

So a MISB SAS Hawk would not include the accessories ? which would make Blades complete without them ? .......... unless you are a die hard collector !
why the hell would Blades want a mine detector anyway ?

Exactly. I suspect these were designed for the US market as UK Variant packs.

So The carded/bubbled "Blades" with accessories is not necessarily Blades ?
He could be SAS Tripwire ?

FWIW, the repainted Hasbros are listed on yojoe.com
http://www.yojoe.com/action/int/
Quarrel is said to have been available at the 1992 con as limited overstock 'Undercover Scarlett'
Blades is likewise listed as being available at the 92 con as Tripwire
Stalker likewise, although of course at the con, he was 'Snake Eyes'
some of the Moon Dancer II figures were also available at the con as 'Shortfuse'

Ahhhh - interesting Sundance! One of my Monndancer's was bought from the US as a MISB convention Shortfuse, but when it arrived the bag had opened along it's seam so the figure and accessories fell out. Hence he is now displayed alongside regular Moondancer, but with his different accessories, and the bag (for what it's worth) is stored in with the other MISB figures.
Here he is:-
Thing I find weird is that usually Convention figs come in bags, whereas a lot of these that we have seen packaged with weapons are actually in vehicle bubbles.
