Weird, I found one of these Built To Rule guys at the Sunday boot. I agree with you nice head sculpt, sh*t figure.
Lego + GI Joe doesn't work for me to be honest. His chest plate looks a bit like a Cylon!?!

It would work if not for Hasbro trying to keep the BTR figures in a compatible style to the main toyline. LEGO Joes should be cute and super-deformed, like the Star Wars ones.

I'd like to see also LEGO Avengers, MOTU and Transformers.
