SF1378'S JANUARY SALE OF HASBRO A.F. AND COBRA FIGURES!!!!!!
Re: SF1378'S JANUARY SALE OF HASBRO A.F. AND COBRA FIGURES!!!!!!
Guys....give me some time to look over everything more carefully to answer your questions.
I can say the APC is loose, complete, no blueprints. MAGGOT doesn't have his antenae.
As for the figures, if anyones interested simply PM me about them. They are all in very good condition. Prices are fair imho. I've paid those sorts of prices for them myself.
Maybe Golden Pumas got a point.....maybe I will ebay them all.
As for the COMMAND CENTRE, I think a 2 green walls are missing, small ones at that and the tray for the ammo etc. A few red search light and red gun things also went walkies. Its loose and in excellent overall condition.
So, nuff said.

i think you should check out what things are going for on ebay.
i would say your prices are between 3-5 times higher than the going rate.
members here have picked up carded cobra figs for less than you are looking for loose.
generally the members here are collectors and we try to help each other out and keep prices down.
myself and others here have given figs away for free and i know from personal experience that these "favours" are generally repaid at some point. i'm not having a go and dont want to come across totally negative but your prices are far too high.
if you knock between 50-75% off your prices this will be more realistic to what i'm personally willing to pay.

Hi sf1378,
What Double-tap said is 100% bang-on.
Without wishing to offend, your prices are so far beyond over-priced that it is comical.
Golden Puma was being sarcastic when he said you'd get more on ebay, he was hinting that all of your prices are just too high.
I have about 30 complete Cobra Officers. I've paid between £3 and about £8 for each. You've prices yours at £50!
Bill's other point is bang-on as well. We are friends here and help each other out. We expect a fair price for things of course but nobody expects to pay over the odds. Lots of stuff is 'given' away here as favours.
Indeed if you sell here, it should be for slightly less than you would want on ebay because you won't be stung with evil ebay fees, so it seems only polite to pass the few pounds saved onto the great bunch of guys and gals here.
Again, not wishing to cause offence, just chipping in!

So basically I have to sell items for zilch when I paid higher prices for them myself. I have said it repeatedly: PM me with offers.....otherwise ebay it is.

You can ask for what you want but just because I buy something for x price it doesnt mean I automatically will be able to sell it for a higher price, I will only be able to sell at around the true market value at that time, hour / day / month...
Good luck with the sale, its not for me to tell you how much to ask for but in my opnion the prices are v v high but the only thing that means is that I will look elsewhere... Other people may need something and agree with your price...

i have to agree with all before, that prices are too high.
£110 for an unboxed apc is about 3 times the going rate.
good luck with your sales anyway.

Does the ATC/APC still have the original antenna ?
As for the command center, I recently bought one for £138 mint, boxed, complete with blueprints, Gaucho and Jammer.

Re: SF1378'S JANUARY SALE OF HASBRO A.F. AND COBRA FIGURES!!!!!!
me again, if the maggot and worms where 100% complete with worms helmet having his atenna, then i might have considered buying this, But sadly without the atenna your lucky to get £25. The apc, is slightly to high for me, but, and im prepared to sick my neck out here......if you put on feebay im sure you would get £60-80, because there HOT HOT HOT right now. I have to agree with everbody about the prices of the figures, they are well to high, sorry man.
