This is the 2001 gold Rattler.
I tried to spray paint the fuselage with a Humbrol spray can and it wouldn`t stick, just ran off like grease.
Needed brush painting with another red before spraying a second coat.
The wings and engine covers on the other hand didn`t have this problem?
Wierd???

It'd be kind of weird having one Z Force Camo - surely not that "camoflaging" (think I just made that word up) in the sky? Will look ace though - and you could park it up on the ground and nobody could find it.

As far as I know warplanes are painted camo on top and sky blue or black underneath.

Good point well put Herr Baroni. I was just amusing myself with the idea of a flying bush style camo.

What, like a giant birds nest glued over the cockpit?

Yup that's a fair statement aircraft of that era were camo on top with different colours on the bottom generally depending on the area the aircraft was deployed. However, modern schemes (late 90's on) are generally all over grey to make them more difficult to see in the sky Tornado F3 / GR4 Typhoon etc. The American's kinda go for the same idea with alot of their strike types being Gunship Grey.

But if you can see it, isnt it a bit too late? Paint them red!

The pilot is brilliant, adds the finishing touch.
