It's a good idea doing a Declassified volume like this is there any plans to include the AF and Cobra datafiles based on the GI Joe characters?

Sure is! I've edited my earlier post for clarification - the

datafiles will be in the Enemy Declassified volume, and the

datafiles will be in the Heroes Declassified volume.

ah you changed the name too??? I really really wanted it to be THE ENEMY : DECLASSIFIED
the enemy is a nod to the old packaging that had Cobra listed as the Enemy and the Declassified books had been extremely popular and these are truly declassified stories

The "Declassified" title is a Marvel (or is it DDP?) GI Joe concept, it doesn't really have anything to do with Battle Action Force. All of the flashback / origin tales were prefixed with "Codename"
But to be honest, I don't particularly like either title! I'd rather go with a title strip for each volume, being the longest story / best title in each case. But for this volume our choices are pretty limited.
"Death of the Hawk" is pretty much the only title that stands out.

see what your missing is the marketing point on the title LOL ...........oh well guess ill just quietly step away from the decision stuff on these things as all the stuff I wanted is being removed and renamed LOL . Ill just enjoy it as a fan!!

That's a bit harsh, maybe like 3% of it.
I'm not trying to steal your thunder or undermine your work here. I want to take the initial concept and transform into a long-term project. Had there been talk of ten volumes when you drafted the contents of the first book, I expect it would have been quite different.
Maybe I'm overreacting, you did put a LOL there, but I really don't want you to feel pushed aside, man. I've shared all my thoughts with you and the forum and nothing I've said is set in stone.
I get what you're saying about marketing, it's not something I really considered to be honest. I'm not a big believer in hype as I think the product speaks for itself but there is a bigger picture here, the GI Joe community has finally acknowledged the Red Shadows as canon, and anything we can do to harness that interest could lead to a new toyline.
Then again, it's not like we need the sales to keep the product going, as the whole thing is non-profit anyway. We may not even find enough colourists to finish Volume IV, but I can do a chapter per week until Doomsday, so even if it ends up just being me the project will eventually be completed.
But this always is, was and will be your baby, Jamar, I wouldn't have it any other way.
