Could be, I know either my stingray or sat def came carded, so it was probably the stingray (no blueprints for that, so it fits).

Now has anyone ever seen a boxed as opposed to carded boat patrol?
It seems that the box is the key to whether or not you get BP/Instruction Leaflets
