Slippy, this is a pretty old thread!

If I've got it wrong and these were indeed those elusive original carded Krakens, my bad.

Those Krakens were totally legit. About 8 months back or so I had a lucky streak and got 4 different lots of unsold shop stock from 4 different people. I ended up with 4 moc Krakens, of which those 2 were sold. The Kraken Wakes was the [most deserved] recipient.

if you ever get tempted to knock out a couple more of these customs, I'd severely bite your arm off

I made a few customs, all here on the forum somewhere, including a Skeletron, Red Wolf and Q Force Dolphin. They sold like a lead ballon, ie 'not very well' and I think I made a loss on some.

Next time I make some, I'll let you know. As long as you cover my costs then I don't mind making something for you.

Just noticed this reply.... yep, it's an old thread, but that's what I get when I lurk and don't check posts for months!

Anyhow, thanks for the 'heads up' - in all honesty, I'd be more than happy to not only cover your costs, but make an extra 'donation' which you can put towards your future projects. As for what I'd be interested in collecting, well pretty much any Enemy-related stuff you do in the future, whether MOC replicas, or those Shadows-with-regular head mods I've just been looking at longingly. Is that a word? Basically, I could find homes on a shelf in our 'geek room' for sure.


Cheers again and look forward to getting my hands on some stuff in the future p'raps. At the very least, I can drool over the various customs pictures in the relevant thread like everyone else....
