I see Murdoch more as the 
helicopter pilot. A brilliant pilot, but considered slightly mad. Insubordinate, frequently disobeys orders, but willing to fly through lethal amounts of enemy fire to extract his team-mates.

just picked up a dragonfly, so could be on the cards yet 
The Z Force versions by the others look fantastic, so I may have to follow suit.
