I've not seen any of the Devils due comics yet. Whilst it's been genuinely great to hear that the Red Shadows were rolled out again in a comic strip. from what I know and please correct me if i'm wrong, they seem to have lost their identity as the Red Shadows we knew and (without wanting to offend our cousins from across the pond) seem a more Americanised (if that's even a word!).

I know, never satisfed! :major:

I 99 percent sure had the RED SHADOW and ACTION FORCE fans been more supportive ( by buying the books the Red Shadows appereared in and voicing thier approval and wants ) and Devils Due had been able to keep the license we would have seen the Old favorites and old shadows that we know return, From the interviews with the current writer that I have posted and from the proposed plans by Brandon Jerwa its obvious it was in the works

Thus also showing Vaughn being the

The Black Major its clear we would have most likely seen more things from the Original Red Shadows return

buy it though, Its what started this whole new resurgence of RED SHADOWS and ACTION FORCE that we have been seeing the last year and a half now

Red Shadow... 'nuff said.
They may not have had the articulation, but the design was way better than the Cobra troopers (in my opinion)

I voted Red Vulture/Red Shadow for one simple reason: ICONIC STYLING.

It's a tough call to pick only one.... I personally loved all 'The Enemy' figures and they are the only non-carded figures I've still avidly collected multiples of all these years later.

That double breasted jacket is again, a German inspired uniform . The Nazi tank crews used to wear them. What's odd is that the Shadows look like Germans, but use Cyrillic letters and AK's, it's the old Cold War mentality I think of combining the Soviets and Nazis, as a common enemy.
Sorry for that off topic wandering..

Ah, there is no off-topic here! If a post ends up in the wrong section (ie Wants in Comics) then I'll move it, but otherwise jabber freely.
