Not a big 25th fan, Bill. I had been intending to get Buck Rogers and Dukes of Hazzard. I'm not more than a casual Star Wars collector but I probably have 30 or so of them already, and not really trying.

Indeed well executed, better than the Bin Ladden raid. I wondered if you would recognize Lady Jaye, Rene.

It can be a strange feeling having achieved a major long term goal... on one hand it's all "Yeah! I've done it!" :headbang: on the other there's a strange "Well what do I do now?" :-?

I was thinking of turning to drink. Truth be told the closer I get to the end, the harder stuff is to find and the more I spend on other hobbies. I have probably made the most expensive purchases at this end of the collection. At the start I was making less (still on less than min wage) than I am now but was able to get more odds and sods. Not to mention postage has sky rocketed, which doesn't help as I am have secured the biggest AF toys to date, over the last 6 months.

Like I said, I never would have been able to afford or justify the kind of money Dolphin commanded. That would have taken me years to do. As it was Moondancer was a stretch. Better get his acc's sorted out too, I guess. ;-)

I still have all the loose ends to sort out now, the odd gun here or there, that kind of thing. Must be the year for it, Steve and Eddie hit milestones too IIRC.

Sounds like you're in the same boat as I am Mark.
I've now got the majority of what I set out to get but those couple of figures I'd like sell for far more than I'd ever be able (or willing) to pay... besides I'm willing to bide my time & keep searching high & low, as, it's the forlorn hope of something special turning up each time I go into a junk shop, boot sale or toy fair keeps me going & makes life interesting.

At least you have op shops, Ed. AF down here is rarer than rocking horse sh*t. If it weren't for BFTB and Ebay, I'd have no chance. I've seen some of the bits and pieces you've dug up over the years. ;-)

You do realise the older we get, the harder they will be to find?
