Rich is going through some personal stuff, and that competition was just at the wrong time for him.

I thought there was some good questions in there, and but for circumstances would have been great.

I agree with the general consensus that the site has gone really stale- which is a shame- I think thats an important wee niche that could provide a complimentary (brother/sister) site to this one.

Think is - I dont know Lonegrin (the admin) and he seems to have lost interest in it.

Rich was really the driving force behind the site, and he's started up his own site now.

this place has a lot more going on anyways and been around a lot longer too and anything JOE / ACTION FORCE that GI JOE UK was doing or wanting to do was already taking place here anyways!

Im a noob here too, but its a good place- and has a far longer shelf-life than GIJoeUK.

Ya it does! and while its concentrated on the Pre-marvel UK comics years ( pre Flint but with lots of Duke Flash Torpedo ect ect ) we still welcome talk about all ACTION FORCE / GI JOE years ,so dont shy away from talking about some great later UK stuff too!

Heck We do have scans up of all the UK MARVEL JOE STORIES TOO here so as you can see we all are big fans of those years as well!

This place is the ultimate UK AF / JOE site! make it your home!

When I get around to reorganising the site I'd be keen to update the archives - it only focuses on the first five waves of Action Force. I don't know how long the toyline ran for in the later Action Force guise, I know it became GIN Joe - The Action Force for a while and later changed to GI Joe but I couldn't tell you about specific UK releases.

I was really hoping that GI Joe UK would plug some of the gaps, hopefully they still will. In the meantime though, if anybody would like to help update the archive please let me know.
