I'll shout at him over at
http://www.gijoeuk.com, he seems able to open his PM's there with his cellphone. Best thing to do would be to join up and PM him there.
[The Baron chuckles at the thought of unleashing Lady Jaye upon an unsuspecting GIJoeUK community]

No, best thing is that he finally delivers or that I get my fugging money back! I should not have to run after my goods! I mailed him a few times or tried to contact him via another way. Personally, I think that is more than enough effort from my side. A transaction is rather simple: buyer pays, seller delivers. I did my part of the deal, now it is his turn.
And since he was never responding to any of my mails I have opened a PP claim.
I don't have a problem with waiting, as long as the seller communicates it to me pro-actively. I am really insensitive for explanations afterwards, as most of them are nothing more than excuses. I really don't give a toss why it is late. I just want the goods or my money back.

Yeah, that's fair enough. I think I must have meant "Best way" as in contacting him. However, I've had no reply to GIJUK PM's to him either.

The funny thing in this whole incident is that the moment Paypal is sending him mail, he can provide them with the requested details! In other words, he is able to get online and read mail.

I wouldn't call him that. I still give him benefit of the doubt. Maybe he has provided valid data and is my parcel arriving soon. However, at this stage the track & tracing number provided are unknown at the Royal Mail site. Still keeping my fingers crossed.

Just received an email from Paypal: I am getting my money refunded.
I consider this case to be closed and will never deal with this person again.

What a nightmare, at least you got your money back.
I just found Skyline's eBay shop in the "charity shop find" thread
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/ukjoes_W0QQssp ... 3aSTQQtZkm
Aside from the familiar story in the negative feedbacks, you'll note that there is hardly a day where he didn't go online to leave feedback.
Not very impressed by that!
