Could you put the cuffs on Arah figures by opening the torso and sliding them down over the arms before re-attaching them?

Too bad, would love to get a few sets for an upcoming DIO but I will just stick to the plastic Police Force ones I have somewhere.Dark Horse wrote:Bad news mate.
