I could have just slapped you with a large trout, but instead I gave you the info, now didn't I? No need to start swearing. I just found it a comical coincidence that somebody with an avatar of Ironblood pops that question.
The Baron wrote:So, did they arrange the European models in the exact identical pose as the UK photo, or have the logos been altered?
Now that's a good question!
Personally, I think the picture was retaken using German figures. In an age where Commodore 64 and MSX ruled the earth Adobe Photoshop was still lightyears away.

Ah, it's not the same pose at all.
Ironblood, Jaye has that effect on everyone, it's why we love him.

What, no European Battletank, Attack Cannon or MMS?
And is that UK Aqua Trooper wearing red flippers? That's a bold fashion statement.
And just so I can be annoying too, Jaye please can you clarify the (German?) spelling of Quickfire for me?

Prolly a prototype? Similar situation as the photos on the back of the packaging of wave 1 figures.

Schnellfeuer -> that's a literal translation of Quickfire.
And please note, I am no Jerry!

I know that mate, I wasn't sure if it was a German cardback or not.
Hey, you've got me curious now, is there a visual archive on the European Action Force anywhere?
I know the Red Shadow had no skull and crossbones, does this mean that your Black Major was all black?

Oh, and so we don't go completely off-topic...

Wasn't Clemens working on that?

Yes. Mind you, it wasn't my Black Major. The figures were adapted in Germany only. In Holland and the rest of Europe the entire UK range was sold unaltered.
During the final days of Action Force in Europe the entire German range was seen in the Dutch market as well.
As a kid I bought a quite a few SATT figures for 25p or so. I remember that when I was home I used a black marker to blacken out that stupid logo as it didn't fit the rest of my SAS.
To keep us on-topic, here's another spider!

You're calling me an arse, or you think Jerry means arse?
I am no Jerry. -> I am not German.
This was just to stretch out that German is not my mother tongue, so my translations from German to English might not always be 100% accurate.

Nope, I was calling you an arse, as I am of German descent (name's Fritz). And my Dad's named Jerry, I guess he'd be a jerry Jerry? And my oldest nephew was named after my dad, would he be a junior jerry Jerry?
Really, I was just kidding. I'm pretty hard to offend, you can rip on Germany, USA, GI Joes, my religion, whatever; I'll stand up for myself if it goes too far and laugh hardest at a good joke.
