Poseable Black Major
I did this custom at Christmas but have now got an interchangeable head and have added a Red Shadow logo and painted his clothes black.

Spock, where the hell's the power you promised?

I love that Elite Viper Andy and Dukes head looks pretty good on there. Have you used all the EV gear with him (axe and dual machine guns)?
I think this is one of your best mate outstanding.

I have the weapons bagged up but yes I gave him all the weapons of the elite viper. The logo on his armour keeps peeling off now though so I may end up doing a second version after all. Thanks again Chris!

Re: Poseable Black Major
I like this a lot. Portrays the Black Major as a man of action far more than the stiff-limbed, peak-cap-donning original does; closer to his bootneck background. Great job!

Thanks Monkfish. It is annoying about his chestplate I keep having to reapply the insignia everytime.

Re: Poseable Black Major
Maybe some varnish or lacquer would help secure it?
Re: Poseable Black Major
I swear by it - a coat of clearcoat matt lacquer over the logo and it pretty much welds it into place. Even works on the custom Lego, and the surface of Lego is pretty much akin to a Teflon frying pan for it's non stick qualities!

Paint-on, I'd have thought any Modellers shop. Spray-on, B&Q or WIlkos, any large hardware store. They'll be next to the paints in each case.

Re: Poseable Black Major
Is it one of mine Red Laser or a cobrastickers one?
If its cobrastickers itll be hard to varnish over as they are a thicker (and much nicer) sticker than mine making it hard to make it adhere to the wibbly chest. You might want to glue it on in that case.
If its one of mine then you would be better using some v v v v v v well stirred humbrol satin / matt cote from model shop.
