this figure ( ICE STORM ) thought to have been canceled is showing up in CANADA but is said to be in extremely short supply. So keep on eye out on Ebay or if you have friends in Canada, tell them to check their WAL-MARTS

again supposedly not many made it outside of the china factories other than a few in the Philippines and now Canada.
