This site has plans for a R.C Herc', I guess it could be adapted I suppose?

Yeah, but they're too realistic IMO.

I'm now leaning toward this, looks to be the best scale match.

Dimension: 25x26.7x9.8 inches (LxWxH)

I just wish I knew the width of the fuselage. Will it hold the :zforce: Jeep?

Pretty sure not - its the same / very similar to one they had a few years ago and we had one on display in the shop. Its wide enough for a few seats for the figures - I dont think the panther would fit never mind the z jeep...

So, back to maybe taking the wings and tail pieces and modding them to the Chap Mei Chinook?

I still like the idea of two chinooks stuck together lengthways but I think that was poo pood.

Wings? Sorry, I thought you meant as an extended helicopter.

Well if we can find a workable pair of wings and a tail, I think it'll work in either instance.

(Sigh) Why does no-one sell the Chap Mei Osprey?

If that Playmobil plane was painted red, it would look a lot like the :enemy: transport from this I think...
