It's a SpyTroops vehicle take off the handle bars flip the front down so the Cobra symbol isn't showing and put the handlebar in the diagonal holes there is no need to cover the Cobra it was designed for this. And yes Andy that is the original scheme. Did you get the missile as well? I have one by the way which is how I know about it's dual mode.

The other Wave Crusher is actually 100% complete too Scooby right down to Depth Charge's Moray disguise

I'm not sure why Depth Charge didn't have more of a disguise like Shipwreck who was outfitted with Cobra Commander armour and cape. He is part of the Spy Troops range eddie the idea being several Joes and Burn-Out the dreadnok disguise themselves each came as a 2 pack with a backstory for example Roadblock was infiltrating the Dreadnoks in their Swamp base so had a ghillie suit and Shipwreck disguised as CC while infiltrating a Cobra naval base
