Okay everyone I need your help

Red Dawn takes money to produce and Im trying to help raise funds for it

So this is what I am proposing to do

We have prepared Black and White versions of ALL 10 Complete works books

We would like to sell them but for us to do it we need at least 10 people for each book .

We also want to throw a few dollars on top of these black and white versions to help pay the artist on the Red Dawn book. The new artist is incredible, you have seen his pencils and once you see them inked and colored you will be amazed. He is willing to do this for some time. He has the script for the Rest of Red Dawn ( its a limited 10 issue series) but I would like for him to continue beyond that.

But it takes money to do this , and I need 10 people at the least to help

If you can help, then please send me a pm, do NOT send me any money just yet, I need 10 people to say yes to this and unless i get 10 people to say yes we wont do it. This will be done also on a pre-order so it will take a little longer than normal for it to reach you.

okay so here are the details

10 Volumes ( same content as the colored editions but black and white)
Each book is $15.00 USD if ordered seperately I can only take paypal ( if you DONT use credit card as your funding source) or international Money order

if you order the whole set together then its $140.00 USD

Shipping is extra of course,

again we need 10 people for each volume ( at 10 people each issue we still only pay for the books publication and about 5 pages of art for the artist , of course if there is more people for each issue than 10 , it will all go to the artist to produce more ACTION FORCE COMICS)

Im hoping we can get 10 people to support this endeavor

A Quick Glance on ebay will show you that buying the original 20 some year old comics will cost you many times more than this, so its a cheap way to get the ENTIRE series and it will be new

So do you need at least 10 people to commit to one complete works book Jamar? If so then I'm in, also still want to grab the Red Dawn comics too. Very handy that the Aussie rouble is starting to strengthen. I'd grab the lot but the price is well out of my range, maybe book by book but not the lot at once.

i've had to all but stop buying comics and toys lately and am relying on trades at the minute.
this time last year i'd have said yes in a heartbeat.
whats the deadline for this cause you never know my lotto ticket might come in.

ya 10 people for each book

so for example if we have

Volume 1 =10 people

Volume 2 = 10 people

Volume 3= 8 people

we would only do volumes 1 and 2

totally understand, unfortunately about the only other way you can help though is buy about 50 issues of RED DAWN issue number 4 LOL

and tell everyone you know about it to get more people to buy it

I plan to get all the BAF mono and colour eventually. I'd have thought 50 copies of Red Dawn 4 is a likely bet tho Jamar? I have to agree with Steve and the lads too, better to sell and not post the pages. At least for a time. It'd drive me to do it sooner for sure, even if I can't afford it. I wish I had more cash to lay on the table as this is a very worthy cause.

Out of curiosity, if people were to buy these B&W editions, would they be doing so instead of the coloured editions, or as well?

I guess it's academic, mindful of my post above, but my choice was between the two, rather than the Black and white in addition to the colour.

It boiled down to coloured or black and white. And I'm going with colour. Even though I already have "best of" 1 & 2 too! I'm just a complete mark for the complete works!
