2009 G.I. Joe convention hint

My Money is still that "Quarrel" (Maybe, Commando Scarlett?) is the Scarlett in the Comic Pack with Cobra Commander. It's in a walmart listing from a few months back, and is supposed to be in the Snake-Eyes/ Night Creeper, and IG/ Viper wave. I'm hoping this Cobra Commander will have an inspired Red laser paint scheme to match the Scarlett.

That would be nice! I wonder if they will give her a new head sculpt too.

I wouldn't hold your hopes up too high for this, I think the only reason we're seeing Quarrel/ Scarlett is because it was a previous release in the states. Might get a / down the line

Kansas City, Mo (as reported here and other places), Crown Hyatt. Aug 13-16th. I got this newsletter just a day or so after the announcement, so I am sure they made the announcement to coincide with the early letters going out. If you remember, ol' George broke the news of Dallas last year.

*Hint on the con set - "I see my image reflected back and who is that person not wearing black."

Two figures I'd love to see come out of this is Wilder Vaughn in the outfit he wore when he broke Dela Eden out of that Prague jail during WORLD WAR III. And Dela herself when she was being used by the Commander to take out Destro and the Baroness,and was decked out in the Crimson Guard fatigues. But nonetheless this good news.
