Everyone will surely be most delighted to know one of the smorgasbord of Russian doomsday planes, the Ilyushin 86VKP NEACP, is putting in some intensive flying time today around Chkalovsky.



They are the equivalent of USA's National Emergency Airborne Command Post (NEACP) for evacuation of the executive/remains of executive once the five minute warning has gone off. Or not gone off.

... actually it started already about 6AM, Russian arty covering 100 tanks and 1000 troops against Marinka. Aim is to encircle Mariupol from the north.

.... And Putin summoned the Federation Council this evening, could meet tonight or next days. Their main role is to authorise official foreign troop deployments as per last year. Russians are running out of spare troops to send to the mobile cremation units deployed in occupied territory, might need to send in regulars to make Iraq look like Legoland.
