Hello, there are two hand variants of both the Baron and Shadow, black gloves and unpainted. The unpainted versions are easy to find MOC, however, MOC black gloves versions are very rare. The black gloved Shadow was labelled by collectors as Red Vulture.

Where to start!...there's lots of Action Force variants and then there's Palitoy Friday afternoon specials. However, if you're starting with The Enemy the main variant to watch out for is the Red Shadow head variant. There are two versions, one best described as the regular version and the other the inferior "Dufus" version. The "Dufus" version is not as angled as the regular version and as a consequence is less menacing.

Hi Slim & :welcome: to the forum.

Probably the easiest way to tell the Dufus & regular :shadow: is to look @ the paint app's of the webbing straps on the front of the upper torso.

For the regular :shadow: there's a slight unpainted gap between the black shoulder & the top of the webbing strap, on Dufus shad's there's no gap... also, folks,(I think) there's a difference in the shape of the hands too... isn't there?

Yeah, I believe so, & someone once mentioned that their (Dufus) bazooka's are made of a more rubbery plastic too.

Thanks,
Something about the Dufus :shadow:'s faceplate eye's & expression puts me in mind of Kermit The Frog.
