He's selling on another forum I've noticed and there are plenty of comments relating to late postage and double selling. He has posted on there apologizing for the delays and mix ups which he cites as a result of the holidays and changes in his working hours.

I could do some snooping if you want.

I opened a PP dispute today and now he has sent me a PM that he will drop off my stuff at Dark Horse which means that the package claimed to have been shipped on Dec 17th was never posted I guess DH may have to be a middleman from now on until we all have our stuff and make that ban on this board

So he most definitely lied. As soon as you have your goods / money back, lads, please be sure to post him some negatives so I can ban him.

Turns out he is sending stuff out/refeunds but people are having to chase for it fairly vigorously.

A word of caution about banning him as soon as the elites have things worked out one way or another. I know of at least one non-elite member (Navy Viper), who has payed for a fair number of figures in the last couple of weeks. He then spotted the feedback and is worried. I have tried to reassure him that most trades do seem to get there in the end. Just wouldn't want to see a ban cause problems for any non-elites having a route to contact him.

Fair enough. I'll keep Navy Viper under my wing - he uses me as a shipping agent, but the Skyline lot is going direct to him.
