SO I was looking at the view count on my videos on youtube and the highest viewed videos I have are Action Man, the first one I had posted a while back has 30,795 views!
thats a lot when compared to my others,
my point
well dont really have one I guess if I did though, I would say theres definately an interest in the line and I think its just that Hasbro has really screwed up things badly with how to market the Action Man brand

Kidding!
But I do agree with you on this. I think one reason for so many views is that Action Man is one of those international properties that people know about. Action Man has exposure in the UK, USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. So many of the toy products were distributed in non-English speaking countries, and so you'll get more hits on You Tube as a result, me thinks.
If they would only release the series on dvd, and then produce the toyline in another scale other than 12" (although I like the 12" scale myself) then perhaps it would be a hit once again.

Or maybe at least selling the 12" scale in a new way instead of jut rehashing the same gimmicks over and over. I mean, if the toys didn't sell before, what makes Hasbro think they'll sell again in different colors?

Re: Rambelings
Another thing to do along the DVD release should be re-release the secondary characters; too many variants of the main chara was what ruined the 2002 MOTU remake. Besides, Mattel's Max Steel seems to have been sucessful by introducing Cytro, so now we know (and knowing is half the battle) that there is a market for secondary charas like Flynt or Valerie, or even toy releases of non-toy charas like Ursula.
