Truly?

Is it possible to tell the origins of this (or any) figure form it's baggie?
Say like if it came from a boxed vehicle or a mail-a-way offer?

He came with the Palitoy Cobra Escape Armour and the late Cobra Hyena sealed in a bag like yours. Whereas he came on a red backed bubble with the Hasbro HISS Tank. After that he came as a Hasbro mail away sealed in a bag with a red backed GIjoe/Cobra Filecard.

Ed, I'd be interested if you wanted to part with him...browse my sales list.

Cheers guys.

That seals it, not only will he be safely kept in his bodybag but also as part of my collection. :-)

Jon & Rene, if I'm ever forced to part with him, you guys will be top of my list.

Good choice, I just scored a few sealed Joe drivers on Feebay, those red backback thingys so slow expanding what was just a cool side-track into what looks like a set of all the favourite drivers from my vehicles (have Hardtop, Keel-Haul and AVAC already).
