Re: Vectis Palitoy Employees Auction - details up

I won these great metal action force castings, that were used as patterns. However, I'm trying to work out which figures they are for...if any? The legs look like German troopers, the body seems to be some sort of sailor, the head a German officer, and standard arms. Any suggestions? I also won the...

Update to Hopper's list of Phase 1A/Type 1 variants with decals (English & Spanish sticker) and Phase 1B/Type 2 variants (English & French/Dutch) confirmed B numbers, printed on their cards behind series 1 figures. Phase 1A/Type 1 variants with decals (English & Spanish sticker) - Missio...

Re: vectis

I was always intrigued by one of the old Palitoy employee Vectis items, that were some toy solider SAS troops, used for inspiration. Thankfully I stumbled across them during a recent search and found they were made by Airfix.

Re: Rebuilding a Collection

Having recently been in same situation I naturally started off collecting all loose, as found it hard (at that time) to comprehend spending the money on cards and boxes. However, collecting is a strange addiction and after I completed the loose collection I found myself yearning for MOC and Boxed it...

Re: Palitoy Photoshoots - hi res images

It will probably work out better if you purchase another memory stick direct from Paulitoy. I would certainly be happy to pay for any of these completed prototype boxes, if you can produce them cheaper in-house. I'm only looking to add them to my personal collection, rather than as a possible busine...

Re: Palitoy Photoshoots - hi res images

Cool! Please count me in. A couple of months ago I purchased a series 1 AF MOC from eBay and it turned out to be from Paulitoy. We got chatting and I ended up buying copies of all the templates for his amazing prototype SWS custom cards & boxes, including other useful AF material on a memory sti...
