Re: vectis

So anyone bidding on todays Vectics auction? Had a few interesting Action Force items. MOC Flash went for £340 hammer price MOC Scrap Iron went for £420 hammer price The Scrap iron seems fairly reasonable, did have a whole in the bottom of the bubble but was still a nice example. Flash I was bidding...

Re: vectis

Anyone bid on any of the action force in today's Vectis auction?

Some more prototypes in there. Picked up the GI Joe Flash for a reasonable price, but was outbid on the Z Force lot. Think the SAs lot and Enemy lot went for quite reasonable prices.

Re: vectis

Some prices were insane, £540 for an ATC when in the last auction they went for £300.

I presume that is the last of the Palitoy employees stuff. I would have thought the vendor would have told Vectis about the difference in AF and joe stuff, or is it down to Vectis what they put in each lot?

Re: Vectis Palitoy Employees Auction - details up

Won a boxed ATC, well chuffed with that, although not sure if overpaid slightly. Well done. They were a bit too pricey in my opinion, especially when you add on fees and delivery but at the end of the day it's worth what you're willing to pay for it and it's only going to increase in value if you t...

Re: Vectis Palitoy Employees Auction - details up

How do you look up the prices they went for? All i can see are the lists still and i have logged in to the site under my username A Select auctions, then previous auctions. In the search box type in Action Force, Palitoy or a combination and it will then show the prices realised for all today's act...

Re: Treasure Trove!!!

Was reading a similar thread on the Star Wars UK forum which mentioned that there was definitely Action Force stuff in the Palitoy auction, and possibly a prototype put in there to test the market.

On the subject of Vectis, I also found their post and packaging costs to be pretty steep as well.
