Argen 7 join forces with the GI Joe team to transport a satellite from the US to Argentina. They are attacked by the Argentina division of Cobra. A fierce battle ensues, during which the satellite is destroyed by a mysterious laser beam.
This issue acts as a prologue to the Action Force - Red Dawn #05 flashback scene featuring the Black Major, Red Vulture and the Keepers.
